My wife, Cary, and I met Ron during an open house he was hosting. We had just decided to move to the valley from the Riverside area and while I have worked in the vicinity for over ten years my wife was not at all familiar with the locality. Ron 's willingness to get us aquainted with areas that met our criteria before we focused on listings made a big impression in our minds.

Ron listened carefully to what our needs were and diligently showed us only properties meeting those criteria.

Once we found the PERFECT home, Ron tended to every detail in submitting the offer, even to the extent of calming the sellers as they wavered when we presented our offer.

Ron personally saw that every detail of the sale went smoothly, as we were selling a home and buying concurrently. Our sale in the Riverside area was particularly tenuous as the buyers made some questionable decisions during the escrow process.
